Almost everything we offer is made from scratch, and we use the best of fresh, locally sourced and organic ingredients whenever possible. Ramen Noodle Update
Due to the high demand for ramen, we are unable to keep up with in-house noodle production. We are now using a traditional Japanese ramen noodle, made by Amoy.
